There are several ready-made first aid kits on the market but if you want to put one together for yourself, here are some of the items you should consider carrying with you.

Pain reliever, tooth ache remedy, antihistamines, antacids, anti-diarrhea product,  insect repellent, hydro-cortisone cream, cough and cold remedy, and prescription medications. These items will cure any tummy trouble, tooth ache, sinus problems, and rashes you may find yourself dealing with as you travel to new areas of the country.
